[SIDE TRIP] Columbia Sportswear (Cellphone Photography) Workshop, never under estimate your cellphone camera

I have been an avid fan of Columbia Sportswear. I love the technology they put in their jackets and other apparel to make adventurer's life easier and comfortable.

Every once in a while they held workshops such as photography. This is to engage their customers to keep on Trying stuff.

This time, I attended their workshop about Cellphone Photography. The workshop fee is P350.00 for few hours. You will get to learn from Mr. Winston Baltasar, a professional photographer who specializes in portraits. Attendees were give a loot bag with Trying stuff stickers, Columbia dri-fit shirt, and some sample of their Omni-heat fabric.

  In the workshop, Sir Winston talked about several tips on what makes a good photo. Also, we shared some rules on how to take a good photo. Additional information was the use of mobile photo-editing applications available to almost all smartphones to enhance the images captured by your smartphone.

It was very informative. During the workshop, there is also an on-the-spot picture-taking challenge to apply all that was discussed. The group were engaged and cannot stop trying to take a good shot.
