[DAY 4]BATANES: Leaving Batanes, delayed flight

sunrise waving goodbye

Ms. Glaiza, the receptionist checked with the airport about our flight back to Manila and which will be delayed for an hour.

our ride just arrived

perks of a delayed flight, free meal

Going to Batanes group of islands is indeed expensive. But it is worth spending your hard-earned money there. When in Batanes, time seemed to stop... Making you realize the beauty of nature, simplicity of life, and that nature can provide all our needs.

Batanes may not have white sand beaches yet its beauty lies up the rolling hills and the countryside.

Pollution is not an issue there. Ivatans are reserved, happy, and resilient Filipinos silently living their lives through their means. The airport is not equipped with conveyors yet people patiently waits for their turn to get their luggage.

Zero crime rate is not surprising. People are disciplined; caring for each other. Honesty is the best policy is not cliche. :)

Batanes will have a special part in me and is worth visiting a second, third, or the n-th time.
It's more FUN in the Philippines!
