SAMPLE ITINERARY with CONTACT DETAILS: Bucas Grande Island, Surigao del Norte

I got a 3D 2N Stay in Club Tara for 4 people from CashCashPinoy for P16,000 which included full board meals, accommodation, free use of facilities for water activities. Which I thought would be a great deal for us not to worry about where to stay on a far-away destination like Bucas Grande Island.

Below is our itinerary during the trip:

DAY 1:

5:00        ETD Manila (NAIA Terminal 3) to Cebu
8:00        ETD Cebu to Surigao city
9:00        Ride van to Hayanggabon port (Drop off point to Socorro, Surigao del Norte)
11:00     Arrival in Hayanggabon port (meet with private boat to Club Tara)
12:30     Arrival in Club Tara
13:00     Lunch
14:00     Free time
18:00     Dinner

DAY 2:

7:00        Breakfast
8:00        Tiktikan Lake
8:30        Swimming in unnamed beach, wait for low tide
9:30        Sohoton cove tour
12:00     back to Club Tara
13:00     Lunch
14:00     Swimming in unnamed beach wait for high tide
16:00     Crystal Cave
19:00     Dinner



DAY 3:

6:00        Kayaking
7:00        Swimming in beach near Club Tara
8:00        Breakfast
9:00        Preparation for Departure
10:00     Back to Hayanggabon port
12:00     Arrival in Surigao city airport; Check in for Cebu flight
12:30     Arrival in Mactan Cebu airport; Check in for Manila flight
13:00     Lunch at Zubuchon
14:30     ETD for Manila
16:00     Arrival in Manila

FARE to HAYANGGABON PORT:

Ride a van (aircon/ordinary) to Hayanggabon port = P120.00 head one-way.
(terminal is just 10 minutes walk from Surigao city airport, if you have lots of baggage, you can opt to hire a 6-seater tricycle for 100 pesos.)

ENVIRONMENTAL/ENTRANCE  FEE (All fees are in Philippine Peso):

+ Jelly Fish Lake = 20 per head + 100 (for boat and guide fee)
+ Tiktikan Lake = 20 per head
+ Sohoton cove tour = 70 per head + 500 (for boat and 2 tour guide)
   - includes: Diving cave, Hagukan cave, other attractions in the Sohoton cove
+ Crystal Cave = 20 per head + 100 (guide fee)


Tour guides in Hayanggabon port offers an ALL-IN package tour (inclusive of all entrance fees for 3days/2nights stay in Bucas Grande)
