[ DAY 3 ] DAVAO: Eden Nature Park, its Skyride and Sky-cycle, and Samal Island by night

Good morning, Don Mar! We are leaving for Davao city now and breakfast is served. Today, we are going to Eden Nature park and try their rides. Then, we are heading to Samal island for the beach.

We asked Tita Amor for some peppers to bring home.

All set for Davao city, some more photo ops before leaving The Captain's Lake. We will be with Tita Amor and her kids in Samal island later.

Eden Nature Park, Davao city

This attraction of Davao city is situated in a higher elevation from the main city. The cool weather makes it feels like in Baguio city. Pine trees will welcome guests leading to the entrance.They have cottages that can be rented overnight.

There is a free access to their Aviary and Butterfly garden. Before queueing for the Skycycle, we visited.

This place brought the child in me... Reminded me how long a beautiful butterfly develops. Even life after death can be an artwork.

Skycycle, Skyride, and Zipline@ Eden Nature Park

I have been seeing the Skycycle ride in blogs and dreaming of trying it myself soon! I was not sure though if this require expertise in riding a bike, which I don't have, hehehe. Nevertheless, I think they have harness and all  the safety gears.

Samal Island, Davao

After this unforgettable adventure in Eden Nature Park, we head to SM Lanang to buy some supplies and ingredients for our dinner in Samal island. There we met Tita Amor's family as they are going with us in Samal island.

It seems that we are in the part of Samal island wherein the people never sleeps, videoke is up all night... People do not stop dancing and drinking. Nevertheless, I managed to sleep...
