[TRAVEL - DAY 4]PALAWAN: Traveling with kids and oldies?! El Nido is prepared for you

We will have new tour-mates today and we are wishing that they will be as bubbly and fun as the two couples we have done Tour A & C with. We decided not to ride a tricycle because the beach is only 5-minute walk from our cottage.

While we were walking, I noticed a lady selling fresh fish. If only we have a kitchen, I would buy some and make sinigang!

The lady is selling fish with eyes as clear as the
waters of El Nido
Today, we are with a family. Unfortunately, I forgot the surname, hahaha. Let's just call them the familia Zaragosa. We will do Tour B with them and expect more swimming and snorkeling. There's no excuse not to be tanned in El Nido.

TOUR B (P 1,300/person - inclusive of lunch)

Snake island - snake-shaped sand bar connecting two islands in El Nido archipelago. A short trek on the view deck will let you know what I mean. :)

vendor here is by boat not stalls

lobster for P 1,000 for 3 pcs

pitcher plant at the Snake island view deck

This was a surprise! a school of small (not sure) fishes arrived in a ball formation.

Codugnon Cave - This is our lunch area. Beside the cave is a beach area with cottages and hammock.

"THE LOBSTER"

Last lunch to wrap up our El Nido tour
Cathedral cave - this attraction is just for picture taking. Unlike the underground river, boats cannot go inside the cave. But from the outside, you can view the aisle-like space in the middle of cave.

Pinagbuyutan island- one of the most photogenic spots in El Nido. Nice swimming area!

too heavy! Bent the tree, hahaha

Panoramic shot of Pinagbuyutan island
South Pangulasian island - resides beside the 7 Commando island; perfect snorkeling area. Jian and I decided to just lie under the coconut trees and have a nap. We planned to swim after however our tour-mates asked to go back earlier than usual. Too bad, we weren't able to swim. :(

This is BEACH BUMMING!

Now, I know the reason why Palawan is the last frontier... Despite the scheduled electricity in this part of the Philippines, other nationalities are intrigued and love to explore El Nido. I am not surprised if they will visit El Nido again and again. There is too much to explore, see and be in-loved. There are also diving tours to cater divers to see what is beneath such crystal clear waters.

El Nido is better seen than read. Your eyes is better that any high-definition images and any expensive cameras. Go and see El Nido.
